I've made a purchase......ummm I think I might have ordered too many...250 jumbo cotounix brown....hatch date of April 3rd. I'm excited but I have some work to do to prepare!! I've got to somehow get brooders together for that many baby chicks!!! I always do this to myself!!! It's a challenge!! Thanks for your help guys!! I'm now getting my feed together as well as research the hutch...looking for 1/2 inch hardware cloth will be a big help. I also figured I need to look for a door that opens sideways and not top up or front down in case they get flighty on me!! If anyone else has any advice, I would appreciate it!!
