What breed is this lil fella and what should I call him?

I got this rooster with his tiny girlfriend at the flea market only because I have never seen chickens with no tails before and the fact that they were small, even for bantams! I'm wondering what breed he is, his girlfriend has only a little tiny tail.

I need a name for him, his girlfriend is named Birdie.

Sideburns! That probably makes him a Araucana mix. I would name him Boogie.

Ameraucanas have beards yes, but those 'sideburns' are called 'muffs' ... He could be pure, a rumpless dutch bantam.
