chick health

I have four chicks 7-10 days old .. one accumulate "stuff" one her behind when i remove it i can't tell if it's blood or poop.  is this serious or just something that happens  she seem younger than the others help

5 Barred Rocks, 5 Light Brahmas, 6 RIR,  4, Buff Rocks , 2 Chincoteague Ponies, 1 Hanoverian Gelding, 4 dogs, 3 cats,  Two kids, and one wonderful husband!
