I am building our coop, 10x8x5 and will be landscaping around it in the spring and wondered if any of you want to share pics of your landscaped coop.

Thanks.

thumbsup.gif Great idea, I can't wait to see some pictures and ideas. I was thinking about landscaping around my coop also!

Proud Momma of 5 wonderful children. Support from the greatest husband at my side. Kept company by a Great Dane, Mastiff and a Dane/Lab/Shepherd mix. Pest control from 2 cats, Pigs now in the freezer. Turkeys didn't make it past the Hollidays. Many breakfasts and lots of laughs and great times provided by over 30 adult LF chickens of many breeds! Now on our adventure to buy a new Farm.

This is sort of a picture of the landscape a few weeks ago. I can't help felling that running around under the snow with no snow in the run must be fun.

I love winter. It's that time of year when there is no rush to get anything done. When the weather is like this...

there is very little time for just taking it easy.  I enjoy all the season, but I really like winter.

This is a great idea for a thread. I too am interested in what people have done around the run.

Me too! Hubby and I are planning to overhaul their area this spring so I am really interested to see ideas.

This is a great idea for a Thread! We just build our new coop last October/ November. We still have some inside work to do but it is very liveable for our ladies. Right now It looks very blah because there is no real landscape around it. Can't wait to hear some ideas. :)
