Welcome to BYC ! I was new to chickens 10 months ago, since then my girls have grown and are giving me an egg a day! 5 chickens 5 eggs. Some times 4 lol. We love our girls and make sure they are fed well and have treats each day. Today was cabbage and boss ( black oil sunflower seeds) yesterday was cabbage and cracked corn and scrambled eggs. Remember to give them a big enough coop, and roaming pen and they will repay you with much love and eggs! They love grass, free ranging them will make there day! But always watch them in case of predators!
