Need help with chicken major eye problem! Pics enclosed.

Chicken is eating and drinking fine. At first I thought the chicken had lost its eye.
It has lost all of its feathers around its eye.
Chicken is a cross between a game hen and polish rooster. Age of chicken is between 8 months and 1 year. After reading on the many forums on this site. I have since wormed with Wazine first, then with Safeguard. I have also used teramycin oinment on the eye.
Since using the teramycin where I thought there was no eye....there is an eye because can see it through a small opening. The way you see the eye in the pictures is the way it has been for over a week. I am looking for help from any of you.

Now, with that said i have her sister as well with a different eye problem that occurred several months ago. A hard cyst-knot formed under her eye. I tried teramycin with no results. I then tried to lance it but could not get deep enough to get anything out. The knot gets larger and smaller on its own. Chicken eats and drinks fine. Behavior is normal. So I have not messed with it anymore. It makes me wander if this cross breed just has eye problems?

First of all even though she is eating and drinking normally I would isolate her. If you have a pack and play, that works best. If not use a dog crate or cardboard box. Give her water with electrolytes, and feed her like you normally would.
Wash the eye with a very mild saline solution a couple times a day , and if that does not help, I am not sure what will.

I would suggest going to the web site for first state vet & in their web store I would buy ciloxan eye drops. It's somewhat expensive but is a much stronger optic antibotic than terrimycin. You may be able to save her eye by doing this. So far as the other chicken, she may have a cyst at her eye. Terrimycin would not do any good in that case. Since the infection is internal, any medication applied to the skin surface will probably not have any effect. If it were me, I would lance it, clean out the infection, & apply neosporin to the incision. You would need to keep a close watch on it so that the wound doesn't heal from the outside rather than from the inside out. The infection will be thick like cottage cheese since chickens do not have pus like most other animals & humans.

Thank you for the help. I saw those drops on the site prior and wander if it would do any good. I do not mind spending a little extra if it will save her eye. I will order today. Lets hope I still have time to save!
