Wavy Feathers? Anyone heard of such a thing?

A lady I work with was talking to me about a bantam rooster her brother used to have.  She said it had curly feathers and they named him curly. I thought sure she meant a Frizzle, so I showed her pictures of mine.  She said, the color was right but that theirs had a curlier feathers and called them "wavy".  I showed her sizzles and other varieties with the frizzle gene, but she never found one that looked like hers.  Any ideas what breed she might be trying to think of?

Try and get a picture, could be a frizzle, sometimes the friz gene isnt strong enough to curl it really bad

Thanks for posting the pic, Nikki.  I will show this to her and see what she says.  I bet this is it, as those curls are much tighter than the flippy feathers mine have.  I worry that I might have a double frizzle.  It is taking so much longer to feather that the others.  We shall see.
