Greetings Okies!

I'm struggling with a conundrum: What shirts do I need to order for N.E.O.C.S.?  I've put together a poll that will collect your votes, suggestions, and comments.  The poll will close at the end of March, at which time I will interpret the poll results and order shirts.  This is your opportunity to tell me what color T-Shirt you prefer and what design you think is best.  I appreciate your time.  Thanks for your input.

The shirts will be 5.3 oz. 100% preshrunk cotton, made by Gilden.  They are a crew neck T-Shirt, medium weight, and will be screen printed or digitally printed.  They come in adult sizes SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, X-LARGE, and XX-LARGE.

NOTE:  The instructions on the poll say to fill out one poll for each shirt you may be interested in.  However, I think that people will only be able to take the poll one time.  I will work on making a google document.  That may be a better way to collect the information I need before ordering shirts.  In the mean time, go ahead and take the poll.  It will give me some insight into what people prefer.

I find the orange background harder to read.  Orange is not everyone's favorite color to wear. Black is going to go with more things. The peace signs look too hippie and implies your organization might consist of nut cases. (Unless the crowd you are trying to reach wears dreadlocks, patchouli, and stays stoned on pot. In that case, go with the peace signs.)

Thanks for the input.  I had not considered any of the negative associations you brought up.  NEOCS will be a completely drug free event.  It's a chicken event for families. I haven't heard a reference to patchouli in ages.  Can a person still get that scent?  idunno.gif  We will not be offering it at NEOCS.

I for one was offended by the comment, I like the peace signs I think they are fitting for the Woodstock reference and in 2012 I wouldn't think people would still hold to stereotypical thinking that's been out of fashion for 40 years.

I can't seem to see a way to vote in the poll, I like the two on the right side esp the black one.

I'll be watching for a way to vote or if you do the document, I think you're doing a wonderful job and if you have any questions about the Bulletin Board for the event just give me a yell. :-)

ETS: The page loaded below the voting area I did find it LOL

Oh and just a question, but, are you considering any shirts over 2X like XXX and XXXX I fit a 3 if it is make a tad on the big side and usually get a 4X just so I know I will be able to wear it and of course I would be more than willing to pay the extra by the X as needed :-)

I like the black background with the peace symbols. Yes you still can get patchouli, I love wearing it and I do not smoke pot. Of course being an OU graduate I am a bit bias about wearing orange. Now red would be totally cool with me. big_smile.png

I will check on XXX and XXXX sizes.  The Gilden 5.3 oz, 100% preshrunk cotton only comes in Small - XX-Large.  There must be another shirt, perhaps a 50/50 that we can get in larger sizes.

I've found the google documents templates, so I will figure out how to make a form that can be both a questionnaire and an order form.  Thanks for the input and ideas, everyone.

Well it only let me take it one time.

Gilden are great shirts, black is better, I'd rework and make one egg a peace sign-

with all peace signs it's not clear they are eggs.

also why are there eggs underground? Well it look like the bottom three are underground, maybe those could be peace signs.
