Hmm. I have seen a lot of people's home made incubator's that don't have the automatic turner. I would think that w/o a rotation device the incubation goes arye because i think you have to keep opening the incubator to rotate the eggs.
I know I'm probably highly wrong, but can someone shine a light about this?
How can you manage the heat inside the incubator and rotate the eggs 3x a day? and when do you rotate the eggs (morning/lunch/dinner?)
Hmmm. I am renting an incubator from a farm and it has the rotation device so i don't have to rotate the eggs.
I remember when I tried to hatch an egg from my dad's friend's farm a while back. I did not know anything about it, I used an aqurium w/ hay and put the egg in that. I wonder if i did it the right way, if the eggs were fertilized or not..
