How / Where do you keep your bag of feed?

Brainstorming ideas of a better way to sell feed to make it more convenient for the customer.  Bags seem like a bad idea for storage? Does everyone drop the bag into a trash can of some sort to keep other rodents away?

plastic trash can with lockable cover stored in my garage!

I open the bags and pour them into metal trash cans. This keeps all the vermin out.

Eggs for breakfast, fried chicken for lunch, I like it deep fried with a batter for crunch. A feather filled pillow, and

hackle for flys, my roos like their chicks and my girls like their guys. So many uses for my fine feathered birds, and with that my dear friends comes an end to my words.

Metal trash cans are what we use, they keep rodents OUT...rats can chew through a plastic can...and raccoons and other critters can't seem to smell feed as well in a metal can.

Bags are just for transport as far as we're concerned.

I use a Vittles Vault.  Bags are for transportation only.

I place the bags in metal cans with lids. Had rats chew giant holes in the plastic cans and totes.

I dump the bags into plastic totes with lock down lids. I keep these on my porch. I have been doing that for months and nothing has bothered them yet.

I just open the bag and scoop food out when I need it.  Other than the occasional mouse in our garage we don't have rodent issues.  It's easy to lift up the bag and pour out the last bit of feed.  I couldn't see myself bending over into a garbage can to get feed when its running low in the can.
