Sounds like you have everything you need! I've got my brooder set up, sounds like it's almost exactly like yours. Where are you planning on keeping it? I've heard horror stories about the dust they create, so make sure it's in a place that you can keep control of that! I'm keeping mine in a downstairs walk-in closet with shower curtains on both sides to keep the dust in the specified area.
