Snowfur frowned at Icestar, but pushed her leaders words out of her mind. She bounded through the crowd of friendly faces to Hawkfeather's side "I can't believe I'm finally a warrior." She purred "Thank you, Hawkfeather, you taught me so much!"

The cat had let go of the fox's throat and jumped onto its back, his hind claws scoring deep into the fox's abdomen. He reached over and clawed the fox's muzzle, tender ears and eyes, then bit down hard on the fox's pressure point- back of the neck.

singing, Rainpaw is a half trained Clan apprentice who has been locked in a cage for the past 5 years. There is no possible way on earth that he would stand half a chance against an adult fox with the taste of blood. And in case you didn't notice, the fox just crushed you... which would at least stun a cat.

Hawkfeather gazed with a pleased expression at Snowfur and ThornClaw, happy that they were developing a closer bond. But a hollowness echoed deep within Hawkfeather as she watched the two cats; something that she had always felt since the destruction of BearClan and her Clanmates. Envy and sadness tried to creep into her heart, but Hawkfeather pushed it away. I will be happy for them, as my Clanmates were for me.
