The forest in the evening was cool and crisp with the fall air. The dry leaves crackled under their paws as they walked.

Ebony ignored His Glares, She clawed at the Air from her Bedding. She didn't care what people thought about her.

Silver stopped, a paw raised like a pointer, and flicked her delicate ears toward a tree. She crept towards it, and leaped powerfully onto a low branch. She quickly scrambled up to a nest of fledgeling sparrows. She grabbed the two left, killed them, and leaped back down to the ground. " Easy picking" she said with a laugh, dropping them at Ashstorm's feet.

"Sometimes a pair will have several nests a year" Silver explained. " They always keep real quiet, and the fall one will be smaller. You have to listen really carefully. The parents were probably off teaching the other one to fly. "
