Leaf-bare was loosening its grip on the forest. But Skystar had noticed StormClan scent on their border...

The patrol padded along StreamClan's border. "Seems good. Slight StormClan scent, but otherwise good." One warrior said.

The border was silent, but the scents were strong, indicating that a patrol had passed by and left recently.

Hawkfeather had a another bout of coughing, and pain filled her chest. "No, I'm not okay!" she snapped. Noticing she had been too harsh, her voice softened. "I've had an irritation lately and now its getting worse. Ashstorm thought I should have it checked out." Hawkfeather sighed.

Sorrelpaw nodded quickly "Yes, come in I'll get something for you." She turned to her brother, Redpaw who was just coming out of the apprentices den "Go get Brambleberry!" She said urgently "Hawkfeather is sick!"

 

Redpaw looked at Hawkfeather, alarmed, and raced out of the camp.

 

Sorrelpaw led Hawkfeather into the medicine cats den and returned with some tansy "This should help with your cough and prevent greencough" She said.
