Stopped turning at the end of day 17, I come home from school the next afternoon and the temp was 108, are they dead. Cuz they should hatch tommarrow if they are still alright.

Thanks,
Wyatt

I will be interested to see the outcome. I have a similar situation with 108* temp but mine happened on the 1st day of incubation. Not sure if i should just bail out now and save time to start over or wait a few days and candle. Problem is that i don't know it it hit this temp for 4 minutes or 4 hours. Probably same with you.

Good luck , Hope you will have a good hatch despite the problem.

Well I obviously didn't kill all of them, because 3 of them just started breaking the shell. My first hatch in a homemade incubator I'm pretty stoked

Thats great to hear youre getting pips despite the temp spike.  Hopefully it didn't last too long and you have more pip soon. fl.gif
