how big a coop!!???

we are going to start raising chickens in SE Alaska.  and i am wondering how big a coop and run we need.  we are thinking 4-5 chickens.  probably 3 layers and 2 meat chickens...... what do you think??

oh yeah wondering if we need to heat the coop also?

i think it's recommend 4 sq ft/bird.  considering your location maybe beef that size up some since they may have to stay in there for days at a time during winter.
