help chickens neck and head hanging to one side

My hen is limping and her head and neck is just hanging to one side. she is also limping on her right leg. she seems to just lay in the corner. She hasn't been eating and drinking. Please help!

Ok, I think your chicken has something called wry neck. I've read that buying Vitamin B12 or get Electrolytes (for her water) at walmart or a feed store near you. You might need to syringe mashed up food and water down her throat because she might not be able to eat with her neck like that, Poly-ViSol also if you can find it without iron put in her water.
