I can't keep up with it my dad said i got it last year my mom says i got when i was little

And that is why you call the doctor's office and ask them to check their records.  They will know exactly when you were vaccinated, exactly which vaccines you received and whether you need additional ones.

 

Children get tetanus vaccinations (actually DTP or one of its variations) a number of times as infants and young children.  Then they need boosters periodically.
