Audric used his powers to break the gun, then froze the soldier's feet to the floor.

With one kick, Austin knocked the soldier into the wall. The sound was almost sickening when the soldier's neck snapped, and his head cracked open, leaving the soldier in a pool of blood.

 

The three boys quickly picked Ney up, and Eric worked on healing her as they ran.
