"I rode a much more advanced horse named Lil Mitzy the other day. Although I accidentaly kicked her out of pure habit and she bolted a little, I learned from my mistakes. That day, someone else rode Starfire. I wasn't as sad as I thought I'd be, either. I learned that each horse brings out the best in me in a different way." -- Me

He smiled back, but the blankness in his eyes couldn't be hidden. He put his arm around her, pulling her into a hug.

A sudden presence, almost a vibration in the air around Neytiri made her eyes dilate. She tore away from Austin, keeping a hand on his wrist. "It's the dove...!" She whispered, watching the sky. A large white dove flew down, and, letting go of his wrist, Neytiri slowly reached out her two palms. The bird landed, and cooed at her.
