Buffy is our only Orpington. She is independent, lower on the pecking order, but big, fluffy and likes to cluck. She lays frequently when not broody. She's my only brooder so far that I have...

These are my first chickens, gifts from a daughter for Christmas. Once they started laying, it's rare to have a day without one egg from each hen. They come when I call them, stay close to the...

I have six Japanese Bantams. Five hens and one rooster. Grace, Zoey, Lemon, DeLacey, and DeLaney are the hens, and George Tucker is my rooster. They make up about 1/5 of my chickens. I have all...

I'll pass along the message. We have a lot of "Build, fly, crash, repair, repeat." that goes on here. He had a chance to attend EAA in Oshkosh one year with my Dad & his brother. (They are all the same age.) And he attends the NEAT Fair up in New York every year. In Delaware his club hosts Warbirds over Delaware. He just loves this stuff. When he's passionate about something, he goes full tilt!

Thanks to all that have welcomed me so far.
lilmisschz, tell hubby i also fly giant scale rc planes, and for him to go to "JOE NALL" if he ever gets a chance, what a show!! I dunked my tail at joe nall sticker is on the side of my 35% yak and I lost a 1/3 scale pitts python there doing a blender. (ejected both batterys and inverted flat spin all the way to the ground) It cured me. Chickens crash less!!
