Gender opinions?

Does anyone have an opinion as to what gender my silkie chick is? she i 10 weeks old, the breeder is pretty sure she is a female but does anyone think differently? There are no spurs that I can feel.DSCN1355.JPGDSCN1357.JPGDSCN1367.JPG

He looks roostery to me.

dang... that's my favorite too... let's hope it's a tomboytongue.png I can't have roosters here.

Silkies are very hard to sex until they crow or lay an egg, but this looks to be a rooster, but not 100 percent.

It was watching my dog in the first two pictures, that is why it is standing so tall if that might be a reason why it looks like a rooster. Usually it is a bit more squatty.
