Haven't had any births, but step one: remain calm!

Have you ever been to the website for Fias Co Farms? Very informative. Here is a How to Deliver a Kid article with pictures of a birth and information. That is all I got. I'd suggest starting a new thread so people know to chime in and know it is recent.
 
she gave birth today to a lovely baby boy and i didn't even know till about 3 hours ago she did it all by herself

i think she may give birth to twins because she keeps bleeding and her private part keeps opening and her belly is still ruffly around the same size it was before. What are the signs she is still pregnant???
