Sick chick!! Help.

I got 2 two day old Australorp chicks yesterday afternoon, they spent atleast 4 hours in the car coming home. They seemed okay when I moved them into the brooder, one fell down a bit, but I thought just weak and tired.
This morning that same one is scratching at his head and chripping real loud. When he stops scratching, he seems dizzy. He is eating and drinking fine, and poo is normal.

Could he have an inner ear infection? Is that possible?

Check for lice or mites around the ear etc.... Perhaps put a little duramycian in the water encase some infection is starting..... Add a little vitamins to the water to up its energy.

That might work. I'd just give a drop in it's mouth for 3 days and see if anything improves.
