My dog is in labor...

Please wish us luck and send good vibes our way!!!

This is her first litter and according to x-ray she has four pups. She has been panting, but not actively pushing yet.

Yay! I love newborn pups, they are so adorable!!! Hopefully labor doesn't last too long for your girl and she has no complications.

Dogs born on St. Patty's Day! Lucky dogs!!

News Flash!!: My hobby is writing stories and drawing, and I'm an editor for a magazine. I have meetings every Monday afternoon, so I can almost guarantee that I won't log on that day.

Yeah...my cat had both of her litters late at night...

I hope all went well  :-)  I love boxers!!

One Norwegian Fjord,  4 British Shorthair cats, One darling husband............and getting ready to start a new life in N.C. mountains (summer 2014 when youngest graduates from high school).

 

..............and (drum roll)...........one brand new Papillon puppy who joined us in November!!

Thanks for all the good wishes - she had them on the 18th. 1st puppy pics 3-18-12 012.jpgStarted at 9:30 am, ended at 5:30PM.  But instead of 4 pups, we got a bonus one,  so 5!! 4 females, one male. 3 fawns and 2 whites. It's the luck of the draw, but I just wanted them to be healthy anyway. If I could just get her to settle down, and not be so hyper-vigilant, maybe we all could get some sleep(except for the pups - they sleep through anything!).
