If an Ameraucana had yellow skin, and the legs got their darker pigment later, their legs would be WILLOW, not slate. Since SLATE is the only acceptable color, they should be PINK at first. This is what I said with my post earlier, and I know I am right. I have true Ameraucanas. I have blue black and splash, not wheaten, but that doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about.
