Yay! We've been drowning in eggs - about 5 dozen a week. Well, just got news that the little mom & pop restaurant down the street wants several dozen a week from me! That is such a relief. People keep telling me they really want eggs, but then no one follows up on it and it's never a good time when I show up with them. Grrr.
