Well i have right now i have 18 blue runners which 3 of them are that silver gene thingy so their like yellow o.O and i can only keep maybe tops 5. sooo yeah. and i have 6-7 more eggs that are hatching >.>  And after that whole guy buying the dogs to kill them craigslist makes me uneasy. I also had 2 peopel offer to buy them all one for his own eating other to feed his python :(

Cskotek, here is the breeding info for working with the blue gene:

 

Blue/Black/Splash (BBS):

Blue x Blue = 50% Blue, 25% Black, 25% Splash

Blue x Splash = 50% Blue, 50% Splash

Blue x Black = 50% Blue, 50% Black

Black x Splash = 100% Blue

Black x Black = 100% Black

Splash x Splash = 100% Splash

 

ETA:  Sometimes people mistakenly call the splash, self-blue or lavender.  That is incorrect, as the lavender gene is a whole different story.

Thank you! I was told by someone that the pic i have of the one is that b/b/s gene but how exactly it worked i didnt know, now I do thanks :P And it has to be the top one thats doing it smile.png

Where are you at? I need a drake that carries silver.

 

I'm very careful with who I  sell to on Craigslist. I was contacted by a lot of people who I suspect were kids trying to get around their parents saying no to ducks.

I thought I remembered you saying the parents were blue.  I like hatching b/b/s eggs out of the blues....it's fun seeing what color pops out of the egg.

One of my scovy moms is about to have babies!  Her eggs started pipping tonight!  I believe she has around 15 eggs.  Hopefully she waits to bring them out until I get their coop ready.  Will post pics when they are all out with mom.  Now only 2 more mamas and about 30 eggs to go!  woot.gif

2 Exchequer Leghorns, 4 cochins, 4 Red Sex Links, 1 BA, 1 WL, 2 Blue ?, 2 EE, 2 Unknown, and a wife that does not understand how i can spend hours on BYC!!
