I think we were right in going but wrong to stay. If he had left Iraq went everyone was happy and we were the good guys and just told them if they let Saddam back in charge we will be back we would be better off. Same for Afghanistan.

Wouldn't that be an invasion of their privacy ?

http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=how+to+cheat+on+foodstamps&view=detail&mid=555B5B6320CE016E2594555B5B6320CE016E2594&first=0&qpvt=how+to+cheat+on+foodstamps

Do you really not know how people cheat on foodstamps? The most common one is people buy food with their card for a person who gives them cash, drugs or whatever at usually 50 cents on the dollar or less. There are limitless ways to cheat.  What part about honor are you missing?  If your freind wanted cigarettes or alcohol they could get them.  It is their honor that keeps them from cheating.  I know many folks on foodstamps and a few have offered to fill my shopping list for half of what it would cost me with real money... with an Oregon Trail Card (foodstamps).

Here are the foodstamp rules, if you want to bother with reality: http://foodstampguide.org/using-food-stamps/

Heres what you have to prove to get food stamps: http://foodstampguide.org/required-verifications/

Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton agreed on little publicly, but they did agree that when the public treasury becomes a public trough and the voters recognize that, they will send to government only those who promise them a bigger piece of the pie

You said foodstamps qualifications are based on the honor system, that they don't verify what applicants tell them.  Now because I gave you evidence that that is not the case, you try to say that the use of foodstamps is based on honor.  So first you blame the system, then you blame individuals.  I really don't think there is a system in the world that could satisfy you.... Nothing is perfect, there are some bad people out there - that doesn't mean you throw the baby out with the bathwater.
