New Chickens not laying....been two weeks

Hi all.  I picked up two Speckled Sussex hens to add to my flock.  There almost a year old.  This Saturday will be the two week mark of them at my place, but still no eggs? I figured they would have to get adjusted to my place, since they are now free range as apposed to a pen, but I figured by now they would be laying.  Any advise?

Free ranging= egg hunt.  If they haven't been taught where to lay they'll find their our spot.

I don't get better with age, only more confused(ing).

Yeah the rest of my chickens are free range, but I know there spots.... Maybe I just haven't found it yet.  But they don't disappear to lay like the others.

It may take longer than that for them to settle in.  Did you isolate them for a while before adding them to your flock!

Yeah two weeks may well not be enough time to adjust to their new situation.

I don't get better with age, only more confused(ing).
