I built a coop and run next to the Pekins for them. They can see each other through the fence. The Pekin girls are quite curious. The drake runner is VERY protective of his girl. He has been standing guard next to her since we got home a few hours ago.

penelope must be comfortable in her new home. We got our 1st HUGE egg from her. About the same size as our Pekin eggs. I don't know how such a little duck can do that!
