This is a buy it now and ship the week of 6/15/2015. Welsummers are laying very well and expected to continue to do in the future. Any change in their patterns and you will be notified of this:) Anticipate being able to fill two orders this week. 10+ means you will get a minimum of 10 Welsummer eggs (and more if available the day of shipping) We enjoy the nice brown tones of the Welsummer eggs - with their variations of browns and speckleds, some speckled and some not. Welsummer eggs vary in coloration according to when laid in the laying cycle. Like Marans eggs, the Welsummer Hens "refill" their ink at the beginning of the cycle. We like the Welsummers for their gentle disposition, coloration of feathers and eggs and also those wonderful large eggs they produce. We NOW carry Whitmore farm lines acquired from Bethele Plantation from one of our BYC members as well as a full order of Whitmore babies ordered 2013 ordered directly from Whitmore farms which are now laying!

Here is another picture of their eggs as well. Whether or not your eggs are speckled will depend on who is laying:)

Blackgum, here is picture of the eggs that are sold for tomorrow's pickup. Hope this helps you. Every week is a bit different on laying and as you know Welsummers do lighten over time. Some of the ladies have been laying longer than the others. I'll be glad to answer any other questions you might have. Have a blessed evening.

We just hatched out a dozen of these little darlings. 12 went into lockdown and 12 popped out of their eggs like popcorn! When a good portion of our shipped eggs from various sources are failing, these were a very nice and welcome change! The egg color was wonderful and the chicks are very hardy and cute. My son, who has been dying for his own flock of Welsummers, was delighted. As always, I highly recommend Bargain's eggs.

Awesome Corvidae, This makes all the efforting of mobile pens, feeding, watering, in all kinds of weather and that long wrapping ALLLLL worth it....Please send me some photos of the babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and thanks for taking time to share. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Sending lots of love to the babies from Granny Nanny (Nancy)
