When is a good time to start letting ducks set on the eggs.  Also how can you tell if they are getting broody.

Wife, Mother, Farmer

So far: Husband, son 10 months, 3 cats, two cows, six ducks, six chicks and counting (1 mille fleur d'Uccle, 5 speckled sussex and lite sussex eggs two hatch)

They will line the nest with down and not get off of it for very long if they are broody.  You can let them set at any time if youwant.

I'd rather be chickening...
