I have some 6 weeks olds, 5 week olds, 2 week olds, and 5 day olds, and I have been able to pick out boys earlier with each group. Not that I know if I'm right yet, as it's too early to tell for sure with most of them, but I've been able to see slight differences in some of the younger ones that I never picked up on with my fist couple batches. One of my 2 week olds I know for sure is a boy. He was always the bravest and would come up and peck at your hand from day 1. He confirmed my suspicion a few days ago when he started to try to mate my hand.
So, yeah. It gets easier to tell the more you do it.
