It sounds like an oxy-moron, doesn't it?  Well, there really is a bantam version of Jersey Giants.

Buncha Outdoor PET chickens, ducks, two Toulouse ganders, and four turkeys. Plus 2 wiener dogs, some bunnies and a rescue cat which owns me. Oh. And a house silkie....

They exist more i theory than in fact. In 1960 the APA  admitted a number of bantam breeds/varieties to the Standard w/o qualifying meets being held. I assume they were admitted based on the potential for their creation. Giants were among these.

I've never seen anyone enter something they called a "Bantam Jersey Giant" in any show I've ever attended. The concept of a "Bantam Giant" is, for me, a little hard to comprehend.

ETA: the ABA lists them as an inactive breed.
