dont help if they are still wiggling they are good 
that means they are alive. It takes hours days to hatch once they do externally pip. If you poke a hole in the outside of the egg they will shrink wrap and die - not good trust me I did it and lost 3 babies - complete inexperience and I was frantic they were late!

I have learned that ducks seem like they take a little longer after wiggling to pip and hatch as chickens do..
