Hey,
I am not new to chickens at all but I am new to the whoel chick process hehehe, so I have a hen that just went broody a couple of days ago and we dont have a rooster anymore so the eggs arent fertile so I put fake eggs under her. I am hopefully going to be getting a chick or two Friday or Saterday from our friend who is hatching both days. My delema is, will I be able to at night take the "eggs" out and put the chick(s) under her? If not then does anyone have any ideas on how to go about this differentally? Thanks!
