Hello from Florida!

Thread Starter

I just placed my order for our chicks to be delivered May 8th from Meyer Hatchery. This is our first time with chickens, experimenting a bit before we decide if we want more than just a few.

We will have:

2 Golden Sex Links

1 Speckled Sussex

1 Blue Andalusian

1 Partridge Rock

1 Barred Rock

We already have 2 horses, 2 goats and 3 dogs, so we're definitely animal people!

Looking forward to learning and talking to people about their experiences!

Home of the world's cutest dachshund, one crazy blue heeler, two cats,

Helen: Daria, do you have to look at everything in such a negative light?

Daria: Could you possibly be referring to the harsh light of reality?
