Silkie doing sommer salt on to back and can't get back up

As some of you know my silkie roo, Elmer, has been suffering from wry neck.  I've been giving him poly-vi-sol without iron and vitamin E.  It has helped some and his neck has started to straighten out.  But now he has started to tuck his head between his legs and do sort of a sommer salt on to his back.  Once he is on his back he can't get up by himself and I'll have to go out and put him back on his feet.  Does anyone know why he is doing this or how I can make him stop it?

Wry neck has a lot of neurological implications, and I suspect this is a sign of worsening symptoms. The only thing I can think of that may help is injectable vitamins . Sorry your bird is sick:'(

Where would I get these vitamins?  And what kind should I get?
