Easter Egger hen or rooster?

Trying to find out if my EE is a rooster. She/he is a scissor beak and is dirty around head from eating mush. But the feathers are longer than my other EEs.
 
Does this chick look like an EE? I absolutely cannot figure out the breed for this beauty... (I'm new to this.. bought my first chicks today and this is the most unique of the lot).

You need to trim that chick's beak before it gets too hard for her to eat. Just cut off that hook with a pair of sharp scissors. Make sure you don't cut it too low, though, so she doesn't bleed. Keep an eye on her, because if it grows back you might have to cut it monthly or as often as it returns.

As to breed, she (so far looks like a pullet) appears to be some type of bantam. Can we have a side picture, preferably in natural lighting? How old is she?

And I think they both look like hens to me. :)
I have an easter egger (I think) chick too and she is such a joy to look after.
