welcome-byc.gif  From Florida!

Silkies are great beginner chickens. They are just the sweetest things. If your looking for something more used for egg laying, I would reccomend the Orpington.

Owner to a variety of chickens including Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, Showgirl Silkies, Motteled Bantam Cochins, Seramas, OEGBS, Marans, Frizzle and Smooth Naked Necks, Easter Eggers, Silkies of all varieties, Barnvelders, and more!
