Hello from chicken family in Maryland!!!

We're new to raising chickens but having fun learning. We started off with Araucanas we picked up from the local auction, and got our roosters for a local lady. Now we're up to 9 pullets, 2 hens and 2 roosters. We are looking for more info on the Dixi Rainbows.

Hi and welcome to BYC from northern Michigan frow.gif

If you type Dixie Rainbows into the search line above, you will come up with many threads that discuss them.

Home of the world's cutest dachshund, one crazy blue heeler, two cats,
one fat pony, and many (but not too many!) chickens

Can anyone tell me, how many are too many chickens?
