Rooster or hen?

I couldn't think of a good name for my BCM so i named her copper. did i jink her?hu.gif024.JPG026.JPG

Father to 4 kids. 1 male Chihuahua.2 male Tabby cats 1 Tiger Salamander. Lots of fish and a bunch of chickens, pure and mixed.

Still a little young yet, but I would guess and say rooster.

It looks like a cockerel to me! Copper is a good name for him, the rooster's get gorgeous copper necks when they get oldersmile.png

well thats just greatth.gif. i guess its my fault, i had a feeling i should have bought 2. i will get hold of the breeder and buy 3 this time big_smile.png. (i hate chicken math)

Rooster

Most chicks have that nub, regardless of gender.

Well, the kittens aren't so cute anymore and the easter egger cockerels are in the freezer. Plus, I think offering them as "prizes" scared folks off! So, I'm still posting quotes, if you know it let me know. I'm very enamored of this new one, it may hang around for a while!
