Is this a rooster or a hen?

Can someone tell me if the white looking one is a Rooster or a Hen? Because its lookin more like a Roo. She/He is 5 weeks oldHe/She is about 5-6 weeks old, Idk if its a Roo or a Hen! We got them from Tractor Supply.

Andddd Does anyone have any idea what kinda Bantam is below? She is a bantam but what kind?

The first one looks lanky like a rooster. Is the coloring gold on the second one?

What are some things i can look for on the White one for him/her to start showing signs of being a rooster? andd yes its like a Light brown/gold

I'll answer the first question: Larger comb, and is reddening, also developing wattles, that are getting bigger and are reddening. 

I don't really have a clue what the breed of the 2nd one is, though it does appear to have a "penciled" variety.

What is a waddle? Im new to the chicken thing :p I have 5 Chickens i raised with 4H and we just got 5 more (Which are the 5 week old ones)
