Chicken feet make WONDERFUL stock. I think it's worth it. Once you scald and peel one you'll see - it's not a big deal at all. Truthfully, after the first I started chucking the feet in with the rest of the carcass for making stock. It just makes that already wonderful stock even better. I usually eat one after the 3 days rest in the fridge so I just stick the feet in with that one, then make stock with it. If you're doing tons though then just a pot of stock with the feet only would be great.

That is a fine idea , When I was building I really didn't put too much thought into it until I was doing it It was kinda build as I went along Until It worked , But yea I think that's would work better , I have all year to better prefect it thank you thumbsup.gif

Hi : 

The fingers are actual plucking fingers I got off eBay , it is a PVC pipe , the bolts are only on the caps then the caps are glued on, you install them by drilling the proper holes then pulling them Through and that is not as easy as ya think  : )  it should have 1 shaft that gos Through that would probably make it more stable . I will try to make some improvements to it but for now it works great to pluck a chicken in about 2 minutes or under. I just looked on  the net to get different ideas for what I wanted , and finally got this ,

I'm the Chick, Dad is the Smokin(BBQ that is).
Getting eggs. I'm really digging this chicken thing!  3 Red Sex-Links, 4 Ameraucanas, 2 BO, 2 SLW, 2 Austrolorps,  Beagle, Cat, Chinchillas and Sugar Gliders.

Yea I had to look at the video again and was Like ep.gif I do Not like snakes of any sort and to think I just missed that ...
