This little guy is a frazzle. You can see that the feathers are super curly, and actually smaller too. Some feather "spines" are even bare, like a toothpick if you look closely. I couldn't get him to look up for a picture, but hopefully this will help you see the difference.

white crested polish ...looks dead in the first pic lol i took a pic of my oegb and the angle of the pic made him look dead as well...i would feel sorry for a frazzle :(
