Seriously I really want to know!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone have the answer besides God??

I have 3 dogs, 5 cats, 1 bunny, 1 guinea pig, 1 gecko, 1 turtle, 1 beta fish, 1 donkey, 2 goats, 17 hens, and 9 chicks!!!!!!!! That's 41 total! I'm 13, and I'm a professional actress/dancer/singer. I love my little farm, and HomeSchooled life and nothing can change that!

Technically, it would be an egg, because evolution would begin with a mutated egg that we would consider to be the first chicken egg.

Finally! Chickens!!!     Member of the Derperella Club!
My BYC best friends are polishchickens111, ChickenPeep, and willowbranchfarm!

I am the Magical Avian Emperor Mr. Lord King Sir! BOW TO ME or be captured by the evil empire of apples! (Don't be fooled, I'm a girl)

I have to agree. The first Junglefowl was a Cock (adult), but later, possibly by 3,800 B.C., the first chickens arose from junglefowl crosses. All chickens are thought to have descended from Gray, Sri Lankan, and Red junglefowl (Birchen, Bronze and Duckwing, respectively)

I think the chicken came first, because God created all the animals, and THEN the animals that where already created layed an egg.

it would be the chicken because all life forms have start as single cell organism and slowly evolve into the species we see to day

I second all of this.

Ditto. I'm a creationist and an evolutionist at the same time (to a certain extent).
I won't be on much at all anymore. I'm WAY too busy with school and such. If you wish to contact me, PM me and I will reply as soon as I can.

Really though, it's all personal belief. Just because someone has an opinion doesn't mean you have to agree.
