Infrared lights?

I bought one of these tonight, after hearing good about them, then I read on a couple websites that these 

bulbs cause curled toes? Anybody know anything about this?

I doubt it very much. I use infra red quite often, and don't see curled toes (in fact I've never had a chick with it). smile.png

Far more closely related to curled toes are the incubator being too hot, and vitamin deficiency (e.g. riboflavin).
