Is it possible?

I have a 3 day old chicken with spradle leg. It only affects one leg. I've had it in a braces since it hatched. It hasn't really improved. The chick actually got around ok when I removed the brace . It held the splayed leg up a just hopped around on a foot. I'm wondering if it doesn't improve will it be able to live a "normal" life?
3BCM, 2Welsummers, 4 Barred rock, 6 EEs, 6 BO, 6 SL wyandottes, 5 Sebrights, 1 campine, and 2 feedstore mysteries. 2yaks and 18 sheep. 5 dogs and a "few" cats

You should to keep it on for longer. 3 days isn't much. Keep trying.
