I have a double yolker, (as I call them).  The wrinkles comes from when a hen lays 2 eggs and they form in different shells.  One shell bumps against the other in the oviduct and cracks it.  The shell is healed before it is laid.  I have only had one but the same hen is notorious for for laying double yolkers.  It's like fraternal twins instead of identical....highfive.gif  In your case my guess is that she still laid 2 eggs that day, but one was from the day before or she laid triplets.... woot.gif
